14 municipalities, 2 public institutions and 32 private organisations make up the members in the LAG Miselerland. Each member appoints a delegate and, if possible, a deputy delegate who actively participate in the LAG meetings and form an important link between the LAG and individual member institutions.

The General Assembly consists of all 48 LAG members who elect the 15 members of the Committee (6x municipality + 9x other organisations). The Committee decides with a simple majority but can only make decisions if at least 8 members are present while the private sector has more votes than the public sector.

The delegates of all 48 members are invited to each meeting. Each delegate has the right to participate in discussions but only the 15 members of the Committee make the decisions regarding projects.

Since the LAG has no legal statute and its members are only linked by an agreement, one organisation has to act as the leading partner to assume responsibility for finalising administrative and financial matters. Since the establishment of the LEADER LAG Miselerland, the Luxembourg Wine-growers Association and its President, Marc Weyer, has adopted this role. The President of the Wine-growers Association is automatically the President of the LAG Miselerland.
